29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and 13K volt energized power lines was not a minimum of 10 feet when scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer to exposed and energized power lines:   a) A new construction site located at Woodward St. and Johnston Ave., Jersey City, NJ    Employees dismantled a pump jack scaffold within close proximity of energized 13KV power lines.     Violation occurred on or about 03/11/2016.
