29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floors of every workroom were not maintained in a clean condition:    Facility - On or about March 16, 2016 oil and water was on the floor in the following locations:    (a) Stamping Maintenance - Oil was on the floor at the step ladder storage next to the compressed gas cylinder storage.    (b) Stamping Press 2 - Oil was on the floor in the passageway next to the stamping press.     (c) Body Welding Cell D72 inside fence - Water was on the floor.    (d) Altima Area- A small spot of oil was on the floor in the passageway on the outside of body welding cell D72 fence.    (e) Truck Engine, Section  F-51 - Oil was on the floor where the transmissions are filled with oil.
