29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 2819 Boas St., Harrisburg, PA (Construction Site) - Employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity on a 8 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 20 feet on the back side of the building to the ground below and over 6 feet on the front side of the building to the porch roof, on or about March 16, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
