29 CFR 1910.212(a)(4): Revolving drum(s), barrel(s), or container(s) were not guarded by enclosure(s) which were interlocked with the drive mechanism so that the barrel(s), drum(s), or container(s) could not revolve unless the enclosure(s) were in place:   a) On or about 03/17/2016 at building #526 in the manufacturing area, CNC/MIL and/or Lathe machines such as, but not limited to; DMC-8001 Hardinge MC1000 and DMC 8011 Mectron, were found with the Interlocking safety devices missing and/or disconnected exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:    a) On or about 03/17/2016 in the manufacturing department the abrasive wheels adjustable tongue guards for the grinders such as, but not limited to Standard heavy duty grinder #DMC-26 and Baldor grinder/buffer serial# W1096 were missing; therefore, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
