29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:  a) Second Deck - Employees were using a job made 4-way temporary electrical receptacle outlet that was listed for permanent installation use, to provide power to portable electric power tools including a Skil saw and chop saw, 15 amp, 120 volt service, on or about 03/17/2016.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Second Floor Rear - Employees were observed standing on an open deck preparing to set exterior wood framed wall sections and exposed to a fall hazard of up to 15 feet, on or about 03/17/2016.  Camden Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316371012, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on July 5 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1825 14th Street, NE Washington DC 20009.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
