29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 03/16/2016 - 3975 Highway 77, Southside, AL, employees tearing off roofing materials at approximately 10 feet above the ground on a 5:12 sloped roof were exposed to a fall hazard. b) On or about 03/16/2016 - 3975 Highway 77, Southside, AL, employees installing roofing materials at heights greater than 25 feet above the ground on a 7:12 sloped roof were exposed to a fall hazard. c) On or about 03/16/2016 - 3975 Highway 77, Southside, AL, employees installing roofing materials at heights greater than 25 feet above the ground on a 6:12 sloped roof were exposed to a fall hazard.
