The employer failed to provide documentation demonstrating the abatement method and completion for:    (a) The lack of fall protection when conducting residential roofing work.      (b) The lack of fall protection training for exposed employees conducting residential roofing work.

Quality Seal Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982605, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace location at 10517 West Silver Spring Dr., Milwaukee, WI 53225.
