29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool, designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: a. Robin Square, Second Floor, Room 2027, 501 North 22nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 - The employer did not ensure that the rotating metal blade of Bosch Tool Corporation 10" Table Saw with Fixed Stand, MODEL# 3310 was equipped with a guard during use. On March 16, 2016, an employee used this unguarded saw to cut a laminate flooring plank and sustained an amputation of his left index finger to his knuckle and laceration to his thumb.
