29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a). On or about March 17, 2016 four employees are working on a 7:12 pitch steep slope commercial roof and are not protected from falling more than 12 feet to the ground below because they do not secure their personal fall protection harnesses to a life line or anchor plate. Sack Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR29 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1102175, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1045 Great Lake Blvd, Grand Island, FL 32735.
