29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):    Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a) On or about March 15, 2016 at worksite 2642 Campbell St, Kansas City, Missouri.-employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing framing activities at an elevation of approximately 33 feet , without an approved form of fall protection, to include, guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     Abatement certification for this violation is not required.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14):    The employer did not ensure that each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening was less than 39 inches (1.0 m) above the walking/working surface, were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.   (a) On or about March 15, 2016 at worksite 2642 Campbell St, Kansas City, Missouri.- employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface.   Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
