29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about March 16, 2016, at the job site employees were installing roofing materials on a roof more than 6 feet above a lower level. The employees were wearing personal fall arrest harness but not tying off to anchor points and had no other type of fall protection system provided. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
