29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of their energy control program was understood by all employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls was acquired by all employees. At the establishment, the employer did not ensure that employees servicing the primary machines were adequately trained on lockout - tagout procedures when repairing or replacing the belts exposing them to amputation and caught-in hazards.
