1910.119(h)(3)(iv): The contract employer does not ensure that each contract employee follows the safety rules of the facility including the safe work practices required by paragraph (f)(4) of this section. The contract employer did not ensure contract employees follow the safe work practices of the host employer. The contract employer allowed employees to conduct demolition activities in the FCCU without following the facilities scope of work and demolition package, employees were exposed to the hazard of coming in contact with highly hazardous chemicals.
