29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On March 21, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 28 feet while replacing the roof to a single family home. Elite Home Restoration, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1078293, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 19509 Trenton Way, Mokena, IL 60448.
