29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.  On or about 03/15/2016, in the employee break room the exit route leading to the east exit door was less than 28 inches wide. A table that was affixed (bolted) to a wall and could not have been moved without tools  was blocking the exit rout. The rout was only 19.0 inches wide.
