29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  On or about March 21, 2016 and in times prior thereto the circuit breakers were not identified, located in panel LINE 1 LV PANEL, found in the assemble area. This condition created an electrical shock hazard of 120/240 volts.
