The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) Work site was located at 370 Orange Street, Newark, NJ 07107. Employee was observed in an aerial lift with no fall restraint / protection on. Employee was coming down to the ground from a lower roof elevation approximately 15 feet above a concrete ramp. Violation was observed on or about 2/4/2016.
