29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about March 16, 2016, at the job site employees were observed working on top of a single family home more than six feet above a lower level. The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest system and had no other type of fall protection system provided. Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Botello Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060308, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July 8, 2015 with a final abatement date of April 28, 2015, with respect to a workplace hazard at 1620 NW 123rd St., Oklahoma City, OK 73120.
