OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a) Facility, 600 Market Place Drive, Oakdale, PA:  On or about 03/22/16 the door handle inside the International Cold Storage freezer, Model IH4-HC2 was inoperable and not capable of being opened when the door has been closed thereby impeding escape from the freezer.  Within the past 3 months an employee had been trapped inside the freezer for approximately 10-15 minutes due to the inoperable door handle.  The employee was freed when another person walking through the area heard them calling for assistance and opened the freezer door and let them out.
