In the Katy North and Katy South production areas, where employees were exposed to slip and trip hazards from plastic dusts and chips when walking and working in the production areas without keeping all places of employment clean and orderly.      b. In the Katy North and Katy South buildings, where employees were exposed to hazards from large accumulations of plastic dusts on overhead rafters and beams around equipment without keeping all places of employment clean and orderly.      c. In the Katy North and Katy South production areas where employees are exposed hazards when walking and working in the production areas that had boxes and other materials located in aisles and walkways without keeping all places of employment orderly.
