29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation. a) 5 Wedgewood Court, Belle Mead, NJ 08502. The employer did not provide machine guarding and or other means of machine guarding to protect the employees from hazards such as those created by point of operation in that the rear left fender of the Permagreen Magnum 1A1 spreader, which also serves as a guard over the engine gearbox output pulley, was missing exposing employees to amputation hazards. Condition occurred on or about 03/22/2016.
