29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): Working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was not provided with the minimal depth in the direction of access to live parts as indicated in Table S-1: a) At the truck bay by the north east exit of the building, on or about 3/23/2016: Electrical breaker panels and equipment shut offs were blocked by stacked empty pallets and overaged product. b) At the truck bay, on or about 3/23/2016: Shut off breaker by the truck wash station was blocked by excess supplies. c) Between the docking area and truck bay, on or about 3/23/2016: Electrical breaker panels and shut off were blocked by an AARM 2100x pallet wrapper.
