29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites:     (a). Worksite located at 6420 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the employees were using electrical tools and were not protected by use of a ground-fault circuit interrupter.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage:     (a). Worksite located at 6420 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution  hazard in that the employees had run an extension cord through the drive-thru window which was closed on the cord and did not have the cord protected from abrasion.
