Grove St., East Orange, NJ  The employer did not identify the presence, location and quantity of asbestos for subcontract employees performing activities including, but not limited to, installation of windows, removal of existing door, doorframes and baseboard molding and installation of new metal framing during the renovation of a 82 unit apartment building.  Employees were exposed to floor tile containing up to 13% Chrysotile asbestos, wall plaster containing 2% Chrysotile asbestos and thermal systems insulation containing up to 40% Chrysotile asbestos.  Condition occurred on or about 2/9/2016.
