29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: Construction Site: On or about March 22, 2016 and at times prior thereto; two employees were observed working on the roof without wearing complete fall protection equipment. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard greater than 6-feet to the ground below.
