Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access.  On or about 03/24/2016, at the above addressed worksite, employees were exposed to a hazard in the storage room due to an exit aisle that was not at least 28-inches.
