29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition:  (a) Drying and Dewatering Building: On the walkway located on the east side of the 6th floor, in and around the vicinity of column D.7-10, and in and around the vicinity of Cyclone Drag Conveyors DC-30-8-2 and DC-30-8-4, there was excessive layering of combustible dust on horizontal surfaces including, but not limited to, sprinkler pipe runs, other pipe runs, girders, pipe support structures, and atop equipment such as the Main Recycle Bucket Elevator.  This condition potentially exposed workers to a fire hazard.
