29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were not used for the purpose for which they were designed. This violation occurred on March 24, 2016, where at least two (2) employees used an 10 foot step ladder that was leaned up to the structure to access an upper level. Employees were exposed to a fall of more than 8 feet to the concrete below.
