This was most recently documented where employees were exposed to fire hazards in that exit routes were not free and unobstructed as required:  a) The Storage Room Emergency Exit Door was blocked by carts and store merchandise. b) The southwest Emergency Exit Door in the store was blocked by carts and store merchandise.
