29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction Site: On or about March 24, 2016 employees were installing roof at a height greater than 6 feet, this exposed employees to a fall hazard. Juan Moreno Valencia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 948968, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1116 Samantha, El Paso, TX 79907. Juan Moreno Valencia dba VM Roofing and Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 618598, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2208 Glitter Point, El Paso, TX.
