29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 3/3/16 at a roofing project located at 1151 Hartland Road, Barker, New York; employees were installing a metal roof on a barn with a gambrel roof with a roof pitch of approximately 24 in 12 and an eave height of approximately 24 feet. A worker fell from the roof after loosing his footing. There was no fall protection in use. NO CERTIFICATION ABATEMENT REQUIRED
