29 CFR 1926.62(h)(1): "All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead". a) At the jobsite 342 Nelson Street, Atlanta, Georgia: The employer did not implement an efficient housekeeping program to remove lead from areas such as, but not limited to, the floor area near the foyer entrance of the building. Employees were exposed to the hazard of lead while performing a variety of construction activities for renovation of the building. A bulk sample collected on March 18, 2016 was determined to contain .3203 % of inorganic lead.

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(4): The employers who discovered ACM and/or PACM on a worksite did not convey information concerning the presence, location and quantity of such newly discovered ACM and/or PACM to the owner and to other employers of employees working at the work site, within 24 hours of the discovery: a) At the jobsite at 342 Nelson Street, Atlanta, Georgia: The General Contractor in control of the site failed to inform other contract employers of the presence and location of the asbestos at the facility. Workers were exposed to the hazard of asbestos while engaged in a variety of construction activities for the renovation of the building. A sample collected on March 18, 2016 was determined to contain 2.5 % of chrysotile.

A sample collected on March 18, 2016 was determined to contain 2.5 % of chrysotile.
