On or about March 28, 2016 employees were exposed to fall hazards where the employer provided an overhead storage area 9 feet, 8-1/2 inches above lower level and did not provide a standard rail.

On or about March 28, 2016 employees operating the "Powermatic" table saw in the Trim Room were exposed to electrical hazards where electrical conductors entering the bottom of a "Furnas" electrical box attached to the table saw were not protected from abrasion.    b.   On or about March 28, 2016 employees operating the "Powermatic" table saw in the Trim Room were exposed to electrical hazards where an opening through which conductors entered on the side of the "Furnas" box attached to the table saw was not effectively closed and the conductors entering were not protected from abrasion.

On or about June 22, in the Cabinetry Area an employee was exposed to electrical hazards where the employer provided a cord and plug connected "Comfort Zone" fan the cord of which was attached by two metal staples to a wood tool cabinet.

On or about March 28, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards in the Cabinetry Area where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained to provide receptacles on two sides of a cabinetry technician's table to provide power to various hand tools including heat guns, glue guns, and routers.    c.  On or about March 28, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards in the Cabinetry Area where the employer provided a metal electrical enclosure in which electric receptacles were installed to provide power to relocatable power taps.  The electrical enclosure, designed to be securely fastened in place, was unsecured and lying on the floor.    Aeorqeust, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1079951, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on January 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Boulderbrook Circle in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
