Abatement Note:   The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer did not certify that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date:  (a) Grinding Room - On or about March 30, 2016, the employer did not document or certify that employees engaged in disassembly of the Grinder were trained in the specific hazardous energies and methods and procedures developed to control them.  (b) Throughout Facility - On or about March 30, 2016, the employer did not document or certify that maintenance employees engaged in servicing and maintenance of equipment throughout the facility were trained in the specific hazardous energies and methods and procedures developed to control them.
