The insulation located in two areas was confirmed 75% and 80% Chrysotile asbestos. The building owner did not determine the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material, thus exposing employees of multi-employer contractors to inhalation of asbestos fibers, on or about, 3/29/16.
