29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Counter door; on or about March 29, 2016 and times prior the employer failed to keep a counter top free of lead. A wipe sample resulted in a lead concentration of 208.0 micrograms per 100cm2. b) Computer keyboard; on or about March 29, 2016 and times prior the employer failed to keep a counter top free of lead. A wipe sample resulted in a lead concentration of 312.3 micrograms per 100cm2. c) Counter; on or about March 29, 2016 and times prior the employer failed to keep a counter top free of lead. A wipe sample resulted in a lead concentration of 118.3 micrograms per 100cm2. d) Computer work station; on or about March 29, 2016 and times prior the employer failed to keep a counter top free of lead. A wipe sample resulted in a lead concentration of 33.6 micrograms per 100cm2.
