Exit route by chemical storage was obstructed by pallets which were placed within the exit route and by the conveyor was obstructed by 55 gallon drums filled with used metal parts placed in front of the door.    Condition observed on or about March 30, 2016 and again on May 3, 2016.    The Mavis Discount Tires was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1052756, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/19/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 308 Route 22, Green Brook, NJ 08812.
