A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times.    On March 24, 2016, in the Warehouse, X area,  a Crown Reach truck operator was exposed to a struck-by hazard by not maintaining a safe distance from the Crown Walkie operator in front of him and struck the Walkie in the rear.
