OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falls hazards: On or about 03/30/2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a 14-foot fall hazard while using a fiberglass extension ladder that was not secured to prevent accidental displacement and not extended 3 feet above the landing.
