29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system: a) On or about March 30, 2016; roof of building; roofing contractor employees were using body belts for fall protection during the installation of shingles on a 10:12 pitch roof; estimated 35-foot fall to ground level. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
