29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:        (a) At the job site, scrap wood framing materials and debris throughout the area; exposing employees to  trip and fall hazards.    R & T Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965828, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/20/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5438 Henderson St., Corpus Christi, TX 78415.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):         At the jobsite, an employee was exposed to falls of heights greater than 6 feet while framing the second and third floors of an apartment complex.      R & T Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard ( 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902019 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/07/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7206 Pink Cadillac, Corpus Christi, TX 78414.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed, the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, and/or a grasping device was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder.            At the jobsite, employees used a wooden job made ladder which side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing and was not secured and/or provided with a grasping device; exposing the employees to falls.    R & T Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902019, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/07/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7206 Pink Cadillac, Corpus Christi, TX 78414.
