29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a) Facility, fire extinguishers not inspected on a monthly basis included, but were not limited to: 1. Government Vehicles, where employees would be expected to fight incipient stage fires, records of inspection were not maintained for the Kidde fire extinguisher. 2. Floor 23, where employees would evacuate the building in the event of a fire, the Badger fire extinguisher located in the kitchen was equipped with a monthly inspection tag dated July 31, 2015. 3. Floor 24, where employees would evacuate the building in the event of a fire, the Badger fire extinguisher located in the office suite was equipped with a monthly inspection tag dated July 31, 2015. 4. Floor 26, where employees would evacuate the building in the event of a fire, the Sentry fire extinguisher located in the office suite was equipped with a monthly inspection tag dated July 31, 2015. 5. Floor 31, where employees would evacuate the building in the event of a fire, the Sentry fire extinguisher located in the kitchen was equipped with a monthly inspection tag dated January 8, 2015.
