29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Throughout the range: The employer did not implement an efficient housekeeping program to ensure work surfaces were as free as practicable from lead accumulation. A wipe sample collected from the door handle leading to the range revealed 3.5 micrograms of lead. A wipe sample collected from the garbage can handle revealed 31.12 micrograms of lead. A wipe sample collected from the push bar of the door exiting the range revealed 6.68 micrograms of lead present and a wipe sample collected from the surface of the ledge within the range revealed 28.28 micrograms of lead present. Employees are exposed to lead.
