29 CFR 1926.501(b)(5): Each employee on the face of formwork or reinforcing steel was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, or positioning device systems: a) Interior, Right Side Wall, - Worker was standing on a 4"x6" steel wall frame post, welding steel above his head. Worker was not protected from falling approximately 15 feet to the concrete slab below, on or about 3/30/16 In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
