The working platform of the scaffold was less than 18 inches wide.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.    The AFC Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088789, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 13, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 308 NW 151st Pl., Edmond, Oklahoma.
