29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    (a) A temporary labor employees who was potentially exposed to such hazardous chemicals as silica, wet concrete, gasoline and diesel fuel had not been provided with information concerning the location and availability of safety data sheets or the employer's written hazard communication program.      (b) Two temporary labor employee who were potentially exposed to such hazardous chemicals as silica, wet concrete, gasoline, and diesel fuel had not received training on the details of the employer's written hazard communication program.    (c) As of 03/31/16, temporary labor employees who worked at the site had not been trained on the new chemical container label elements and the new format and types of information on each section of safety data sheets (SDSs) with respect to revisions to the standard in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS).    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
