29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure all respirators were stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals, and were packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: Location: 15 Garabedian Drive Salem, NH: a. On or about April 1, 2016, employee respirators were being stored overnight in locations that did not protect them from contamination or damaging chemicals to include a location on top of a 55 gallon drum of Diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI).
