29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: (a) Construction Site: On or about March 29, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall to the floor below using a stairway with approximately eleven risers to access and egress the new commercial building.
