29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: On or about April 1, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to bloodborne pathogen hazards while providing dental care, decontaminating equipment/rooms, and sterilizing instruments without a complete Exposure Control Plan to address key issues such as, but not limited to, engineering controls, work practice controls, personal protective equipment, and housekeeping.
