29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):  Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:          a.  On or about Jan 25, 2016 at the kitchen and break room area, employees were exposed to fire hazards while conducting mailing goods operations and no fire extinguishers were mounted in case of a sudden fire.             b.  On or about Jan 25, 2016 at one of the offices, employees were exposed to fire hazards while conducting mailing goods operations and no fire extinguishers were mounted in case of a sudden fire.          NOTE:    Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:      a.    On or about 31 March 2016 at the electrical room, employees were exposed to fire hazards while in case of an emergency with the electrical panels, the access to those panels were blocked by tables, office chairs, equipment, paper, boxes, etc.      Note:   Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
